How do I create an account for easy shopping?
You can create an account at any time by clicking on "Create an Account," located in the upper right hand corner of any page on our website. Creating an account enables all customers to check on a current order, keep track of their order history, easily send and receive messages from us, save shipping and billing addresses, create wish lists, and manage payment options. When you create an account, you will be stored in our system as a retail customer.
If you are applying for a wholesale account, please give us 24 to 48 hours to approve your account and activate it for online shopping. You can place an order and apply for your wholesale account at the same time. When your account has been approved, we will adjust the total of your first invoice to reflect wholesale pricing.
Who qualifies for wholesale prices?
Anyone who is doing their ceramics or crafts as a business is eligible to apply for a wholesale account with us. This includes resellers, contemporary paint-your-own pottery studios, and studio artists who make a living selling their work for profit. Educational institutions and Nonprofits also qualify for wholesale accounts. In order to verify the status of your wholesale account, please provide us with the Tax ID # of your company or institution. You may also provide the link to your website.
Tax Exempt Wholesale and Nonprofit customers residing in New Jersey must have a copy of Form ST-3 on file with us. It is available here and can be sent to us electronically or via US mail.
Can I pick up my order instead of shipping it out?
When checking out, please choose "Local Pick Up" as your Shipping Method in Step 3. You will not be charged any freight or packing and handling charges when choosing this option. In the "Order Instructions/Comments" section at the bottom of Step 4 (Order Confirmation), please indicate when we may be expecting you to come pick your order up.
Can I order from outside the contiguous USA?
Sorry, we are unable to process International orders at this time. We currently are shipping to the United States only.
